Would you like more meets in 2011?

I was thinking maybe trying to have two meets a month on some of the months in 2011 and see how it goes.

Thoughts?

Jan is a bit of an iffy month, so maybe if we had the meet on the 8th or 15th (OR BOTH!?!) for anyone wanting to get some prac in for Arc.

I don't know how many extras I'd be able to go to, but if it was only one or two months, that should be right. School/Uni breaks work well for most people.

The only way we can really get more meets per year is if we have more people willing to help at the club. It means more people willing to help on the door and help set-up/pack-up and etc.

Keep anyone who is not on the door out of behind the bench, no game playing. Painting and stuff is fine. Serve drinks, cook snags, serve snags.

Every meet. At least for 1 hour.

We get people to sit on the door for an hour each meet reguarly, we can get more meets

The more helpers the merrier we are. It would be good to get to a stage where we could roster over two months, not one meet. We have enough members for it to work, just need the volunteers.
