Deluxe Monopoly

A friend of mine has an old Monopoly board from 1991 with all the original pieces, Wooden surface, draws for the cash and pieces but it's kinda screwed after fire/water damage, not too bad, but in need of restoration, anybody know how much it would cost to fix up?

from recollection, the set cost approx $800 when new from franklin mint in mid-late 90's
