I know nothing about Flames of War, but I do know a bit about the north africa campaign (my grandfather fought there, after Greece and Crete, and I've followed his movements), and I don't know what "disorderly conduct" means in a rules sense, but if it means that the Australians don't follow orders and are undisciplined, it's historical rubbish.

Disorderly conduct means the Aussies have no respect for officers. If an order makes sense, they will follow it, if it makes no sense to them then they would ignore it and do their own thing instead. In the game it means if the platoon commander is killed then the platoon will still keep functioning anyway.

In FOW Aussies are rated 'Fearless Veterans' which means they don't run, and are hard to kill.

Thoughts?

Try and add more anti tank defence, with all those infantry, give them 'Sticky Bombs' which increases their anti tank rating when assaulting tanks.
