Well, if you know the tactics, any army is great, skaven are just supposed to be difficult.

Oh I'm a complete amateur and just chose skaven because I split the island of blood boxset with a friend and thought evil rat people who mutate things for fun and have sweet steampunk like weapons looked more awesome then highelves. I'm bound to spend a fair bit of time getting dominated before I even begin to figure out how not to fail as bad...........will have fun doing it though.

Dear god how did you know, I thought I was off the grid.
And I hope to get some more experience with them this weekend seems I will actually be at the meet for once, though I totally have legit excuses ranging from getting pissed the night before to sleeping in after an all night D&D session.

lol i suck at fantasy, last game i played was so long ago and so completely innacurate for rules as to not actually count for anything, but dark elves rule!

Last game I played was against fooble and his wood elves.....I got owned. How many points of dark elves have you got? We could have a game Saturday if you're going to be there, since we are both nubs it should be a fair game.....though we will most likely get a lots of rules mixed up, which means I will be annoying Jarrod and fooble a lot asking rule questions but that's ok, I like annoying people *evil smile*
